I was really happy with this order. The crabs showed up fresh and tasted great. No weird smell, no issues. Just really good seafood. Would definitely order again.

I took a look around ilovecrabs.com, and my first impression was good. They had the main crab items I was hoping to find, along with a few other seafood options, so it felt like a solid place to browse if you’re craving that kind of thing.

That said, I had this feeling while looking through the site that the selection could be a little more filled out. I was expecting more size choices or bundle options, and a few things seemed limited or unavailable. Overall, it’s not bad at all, but it just gave me the sense that there’s room to add more.

I gave 4 stars because everything in my order was correct and all the items I picked were actually in the box. The sizes matched what I ordered too, which I was kinda happy about. Nothing was missing or mixed up. The only thing is I wish the tracking had updated a little faster, but the order itself was right, so I can’t really complain.

So, the package did show up eventually, but it was late again, which was frustrating. I get that delays happen, and I wasn’t in a huge rush at first, but after checking the tracking a few times and still not seeing it move, it got annoying. The product was fine once it arrived, but the shipping part definitely could’ve been better.

I tend to compare prices and portions everywhere I go, and this place seemed consistent in a good way. The crab felt fairly priced for what you get, and I left happy with the value.

I was excited to try ilovecrabs.com, but the flavor just didn’t do it for me. The crab tasted kind of watery and not super fresh, even after I heated it up, which was REALLY disappointing.

For me, the meat was kind of hit or miss. A few pieces had a nice sweetness to them, but others were dry and stringy. I wouldn’t say it was bad, just not something I’d be that excited to get again...

I ordered this as a gift, and it ended up arriving late and looking messy when it finally got there. What made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t get in touch with an actual person to sort it out—just automated messages. Not a great experience overall.

Customer service did get back to me and they were able to help, so I don’t want to be too harsh. It just took longer than I was hoping, and I had to follow up twice, which was a bit frustrating. Maybe I was just expecting a quicker response, but overall they did sort it out in the end.

I ordered some crabs they were at my door the very next day. Way faster than I was expecting, so that was a nice surprise.

I’ve had seafood show up before in leaking, gross boxes, so I was bracing myself for another headache. But these crabs were packed really solid. No leaks, no nasty mess, and everything was still cold when it arrived. that’s all I was asking for. The packaging did its job, so good job there...

I ordered crabs for a weekend dinner and wish I’d just picked something up locally instead. The delivery showed up late, the box looked rough, and by that point I was already annoyed and second-guessing the whole order.

I did eventually get some money back, but it took almost two weeks, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. They’re not the worst company ever, but I definitely had buyer’s remorse after dealing with that refund process

I’ll admit I was a little nervous ordering crabs online because I didn’t want to get fooled with bad packaging or something half-thawed. But they showed up perfectly cold and packed really well. Everything looked good, and I had zero issues.
